- Represent clients in both national and international Courts in respect to criminal and civil cases
- Represent clients, both creditors and debtors, in Court dealing with legal rights on debt
- Represent clients in Court in regard to inheritance cases
- Protect clients’ rights in cases of divorce and property division for children (have represented clients no less than a total of 300 cases in Court for the past 20 years)
- Represent clients in Court upon land dispute cases
- Represent clients in negotiations upon private land purchase-sale agreements in the areas of Phnom Penh and other potential provinces in Cambodia with many projects’ agreement deals that have their monetary value ranging from hundred millions to thousand million dollars between domestic and foreign partners including Taiwanese, Chinese, South Koreans, Thais, Malaysians, and Singaporeans
- Represent clients in economic land concession dispute resolutions with the Royal Government and other development partners and provide legal service on other real estate risk management matters which are not incurred by any parties of the agreement in potential areas with high risk of conflicts like Kratie Province in the past years
- Study and evaluate on legal risks of real estate businesses including lands, buildings, Boreys and provide effective solutions and risk management procedures to developers and buyers. My past experiences concentrate on development project owners and foreign buyers who are potentially prone to legal risks upon acquisitions of real estate through long-term and large-scale investments.
- Prepare and draft internal code of conduct for co-ownership buildings (apartments, condos) of foreign investors in accordance to Cambodian laws
- Represent creditors in debt collection and debt management in which creditors are individuals, legal entities (like banks, microfinance institutions, etc.)
- Represent clients in applying for any licenses from the Royal Government for casinos, banks, real estate businesses, construction permits for single buildings, multibuildings, Boreys, co-ownership buildings, and investment projects from CDC
Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC)
UN-Accredited Lawyer | 2007
- Represented Case 01 on crime against humanity in regard to thousands of Cambodian lives for 3 years 8 months and 20 days in the trial which was conducted by prosecutors. Case 01 was judged by multinational tribunal cooperation between RGC and the UN.
